Social Responsibility Policy

Here at Havaya 2021 Limited (T/A Lulu Lane), we take our responsibilities seriously and we request you read and support our Social Responsibility Policy below.

Alcohol will NOT be sold to minors.
Our website requires the buyer to tick an on-screen box declaring that they are 18 years of age or over when they order any alcohol and/or gift boxes that contain alcohol and again immediately before the sale of any alcohol is completed.

Alcohol will NOT be delivered to minors.

Our couriers delivering goods containing alcohol are trained in ID collection and will ask for proof of age if the recipient appears to be under the age of 25. Please take this as a compliment.
The acceptable forms of ID in NZ are currently:

• NZ photo driver’s license
• Any valid passport
• Kiwi Access Card/HNZ 18+ card

All parcels containing alcohol will be clearly labelled and delivered according to the Aramex Alcohol policy.

Courier staff delivering alcohol will NOT deliver to anyone who is intoxicated.
Alcohol will not be promoted in an irresponsible manner.
Alcohol will not be delivered after 11pm at night and before 7am in the morning.

Alcohol will not be delivered on Good Friday, Christmas Day, Easter 
Sunday, between 12.01am and 1pm on Anzac Day.
